The Process

We Preserve Life’s Greatest Memories

Each gown or formal wear cleaning/preservation starts the same. We invite our clients to a complimentary consultation (by appointment) where we examine your gown with you, understand your needs, note the in-coming conditions and providing a quote which is valid for 30 days. This consultation is followed by a detailed review with our team including; itemization of pieces, intake pictures and testing. The items are then hand cleaned by our Senior Technician and prepped for a core cleaning process. After cleaning, items are checked for quality, hand finished and then ready to be picked-up or preserved.
